£45,000-£50,000 per annum + Quarterly commission

Our client, an established UK manufacturer and market leader, designs and manufactures innovative products for the Foodservice, Hospitality and Environmental sectors. They are now looking for a proactive and commercially driven Senior Account Manager to manage key accounts, develop new business and drive growth across Southern England and South Wales.
If youre an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and working independently across a territory, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking UK manufacturer and play a key role in its continued growth.

Key Responsibilities for a Senior Account Manager:

Managing and developing key national and regional accounts across the territory.
Driving B2B sales through distributors, contractors, wholesalers and other relevant channels.
Developing new business opportunities, increasing product penetration and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Managing the sales pipeline from initial opportunity through to conversion, with responsibility for agreed revenue and margin targets.
Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with customers through regular field-based meetings, presentations and demonstrations.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
Providing market insight on competitor activity, customer trends and new opportunities.

Key Skills for a Senior Account Manager:

Proven experience in sales and account management within the foodservice, hospitality, catering equipment or a related B2B sector.
Strong track record of developing commercial relationships with national and regional accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver profitable growth.
Experience managing a sales territory and working independently against targets.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer experience. xwzovoh
