- £60,000 33 Days Holiday Flexible Hours 5% Pension Leicester Are you a Service Manager from an Engineering background looking to make your mark within an established, rapidly expanding company, with plenty of autonomy and flexibility to implement your ideas and oversee the service function within the UK? Are you looking for a career offering a wealth of responsibilities, with new challenges every day and the opportunity to help the business expand on an international level? In this brand-new role you will be managing a small team of Engineers across the UK, planning their jobs, handling issues, and monitoring service KPIs.
You will have a leading say in budgeting, training, and resource allocation, making this a fundamental role in the future growth of the business.
Founded 15 years ago, this company have grown exponentially over recent years and are looking to grow globally this year.
They repair, service and maintain a range of equipment across the UK and overseas within Rail, Healthcare, Schools, and Data Centres for example.
This role would suit a Service Manager from any engineering background looking to play a large part in the future success of a recognised company, with lots of scope to truly mould the role into their own.
