Role Overview:

The business is seeking a proactive and skilled Bid Writer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling proposals that secure new business opportunities and support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write persuasive bid content for tenders, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights.
• Ensure all submissions are compliant with client requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain and update a library of standard responses and templates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the bid process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in bid writing, preferably within the property maintenance or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with bid management tools.
