M & A Research Analyst

Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Research and Delivery Consultant to play a vital role in the successful execution of search and mandates. You will support our Partners in identifying and engaging senior-level talent, assessing candidates, and ensuring smooth delivery of assignments. Market Research & Mapping: Conduct in-depth research to identify target organisations, markets, and candidate pools for each assignment. Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Source, approach, and build relationships with senior finance professionals through a variety of channels, including direct headhunting, database searches, and professional networks. Project Delivery: Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring deadlines are met and a seamless experience is provided to both clients and candidates. Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate records of research, candidate engagement, and market intelligence to strengthen STOIX’s collective expertise. Career Development.
