A rare opportunity has arisen for a part-time or full-time Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or highly experienced Conveyancer who wishes to step away from managing a permanent caseload. This well-established and respected conveyancing team is seeking a committed professional to provide full-time holiday and absence cover across the department. The role is offered fully remotely. Manage residential conveyancing cases during the absence of regular fee earners Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage paperwork Oversee all stages of the conveyancing process, including exchange, completion, and post-completion tasks Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or substantial experience in residential conveyancing Strong understanding of UK conveyancing procedures and property law Membership of a professional body such as the Law Society or CLC is advantageous but not essential Competitive salary Fully remote working Monthly bonus scheme Ongoing professional development Clear progression opportunities within a reputable and growing firm This role is perfect for a conveyancing professional who enjoys the technical aspects of the work and wants the flexibility of remote working without the responsibility of managing a permanent caseload.
