Are you ready to lead transformative projects that define the next generation of consumer products across EMEA? We’re looking for a Senior Innovation Project Manager to champion product development, streamline processes, and deliver complex initiatives that drive both commercial and consumer impact. This is not just about coordination - it’s about leading change, motivating a skilled team, and ensuring every project exceeds expectations in quality, timing, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of innovation, optimisation, and productivity initiatives across the EMEA region.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and serve as the primary contact for manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a small team (1–3 project managers), fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Conduct project reviews, promote best practices, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Balance diverse stakeholder priorities and align teams behind clear, shared objectives and timelines.
  • Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP to monitor, analyse, and enhance project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end innovation or product development projects within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Strong ability to lead multi-functional, cross-regional teams and deliver results under pressure.
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills, with the capability to coach, inspire, and develop others.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or SAP is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and driven to achieve meaningful business outcomes.
