Flexible Lifeguard Hours

£14.50 Per hour (inclusive of Holiday Pay)
We are currently recruiting for Lifeguards to join our casual team working across Lymington. If you hold an NPLQ and are looking for flexible work, where you're in control of your hours and choose your own schedule through our booking platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all pool users
• Supervise poolside activities and ensure adherence to safety regulations
• Carry out rescues and administer first aid when necessary
• Conduct poolside checks and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Provide excellent customer service and support to members and guests

Additional Details

• Zero-hour contract offering full flexibility
• Fortnightly payment
• Access to our online booking platform to easily view and select shifts

You will need to hold an in date NPLQ certificate and Enhanced DBS or be willing to undergo one.

• RLSS NPLQ
