Part-Time Finance Administrator

Vibe Recruit is looking for a Finance Administrator to join our client in Newport. This is a temporary role supporting the finance team during a period of restructuring, with the possibility of an extension. £17.95 per hour 15 hours per week | 3-month temporary contract The Role: You will support the CFO and Commercial Recycling Team with a range of finance and administration duties, including: Raising invoices and credits Updating customer contracts and invoice schedules Processing service changes and cancellations Managing commercial bin stock and refundable deposits Preparing quarterly commission payments Supporting payroll preparation Providing general finance administration support We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in a similar finance role (2+ years preferred) Qualified to minimum Level 3 AAT Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experienced with finance software (QuickBooks experience is an advantage) Highly organised and detail-focused Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated A good communicator and team player Able to work independently when required A clean driver with access to a carIf you are an organised finance professional looking for a part-time temporary opportunity, please apply now!
