About our Nursery  Busy Bees Swindon Peatmoor, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 100 children and features a longstanding staff team, with some members having been with Busy Bees for over 15 years. Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development. Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families. Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments. Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare. Experience working with children under 5. Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
