Key Skills & Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Siemens (and ideally Rockwell) hardware and software systems
Strong background in Water and Wastewater treatment sectors
Proven track record managing complex control system integration projects
Skilled in interpreting client standards and user requirements
Ability to reverse engineer existing control software with precision
Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination capabilities
Commercial awareness and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Valid UK driver's license for occasional travel
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with SCADA and HMI development
Knowledge of programming standards and cybersecurity for control systems
Experience in mentoring or leading technical teams
Preferred Education & Experience:
Degree in Electrical, Controls, or Mechanical Engineering or related field
Several years of hands-on experience in system integration within industrial or utility environments
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to travel as needed to project sites across the UK
Security clearances or certifications relevant to infrastructure projects (optional but advantageous)
