Investment and Development Manager - London Insitution

I am currently working with a globally recognised institution who own and operate a large mixed portfolio of schemes in central London. On top of this, they are also an active Developer currently working across a large scale, mixed-use masterplan. My client are looking to appoint an Investment and Development Manager to work across the masterplan but with a focus on one particular asset which is set to be a multi award winning commercial scheme.

The role would suit someone with strong Investment experience as well and experience managing the Development process. An experienced Surveyor would be well suited to the role or an Analyst who is looking to get more Development experience.

The Investment and Development Manager will:

• Appraise and underwrite key development decisions on projects
• Build development appraisals to assess best use for projects
• Manage design team meetings
• Select, appoint, and manage external consultants and professional teams
• Oversee planning, design and delivery of projects
• Manage key stakeholders both internally and externally

The successful applicant will:

• Have demonstrable experience managing complex development schemes
• Be confident presenting to and managing stakeholders
• Be able to interpret and manipulate complex financial models
• Be willing to work hard and learn, and pick up on any aspect of the project when required
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary

• £55,000 - £65,000
• Excellent Pension
