The Opportunity
This is an exciting fully remote position for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Property Lawyer who thrives on autonomy but values collaboration. You’ll join a supportive, well-structured environment that empowers you to deliver high-quality client service while enjoying genuine flexibility and work–life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters — including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and new builds — alongside a team of Paralegals.
- Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients at every stage.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a modern, service-led conveyancing process that values both quality and efficiency.
About You
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload.
- Solid technical knowledge of the conveyancing process and an eye for detail.
- Strong organisational and client communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Confident using digital case management systems and adaptable to new technology.
