FRAME is a Californian fashion brand established in 2012 by Erik Torstensson and Jens Grede.
Since inception, FRAME has embodied Californian modernity with a distinctly European influence through its renowned ready-to-wear collections and coveted denim essentials. Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate at Frame, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals. Your passion for fashion, attention to detail, and ability to connect with clients will ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing client needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized styling advice and follow-up.
Sales Performance
Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
Drive sales by introducing clients to new products and highlighting brand stories.
Brand Representation
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Frame’s values and aesthetic.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Frame’s collections, materials, and fit.
Store Operations
Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Assist in receiving and processing shipments, and replenishing stock as needed.
Support the team with inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with your team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.
Participate in team meetings, product training sessions, and feedback discussions.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or sales experience in a high-end environment is preferred.
A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
