Telecare Equipment Installer

Telecare Equipment Installer Contract: Permanent We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Installer to join our team on a permanent contract in the Worcestershire area. This role plays a crucial part in helping people to remain at home for longer, safely and with independence. As an Installer, you will visit customers in their homes to simple and complex installations, upgrade current technologies, and test digital telecare equipment. This role includes participation in a weekend on-call rota approximately every 6 weeks, responding to urgent installation or maintenance issues outside of regular working hours. Support the delivery of the company's Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS) installation and maintenance services by applying specialist knowledge and skills (training will be provided) Assist with asset management and stock control measures including storage, tracking, and recycling Complete client assessments and obtain client details for inputting on call handling database Responsible for safe use of vehicles, tools and equipment in line with Taking Care policy and procedures Full training will be provided, so if you have strong people skills and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
