The Opportunity This is a high-energy sales role focused on converting warm leads into new business.
You'll be speaking with contractors daily, helping them understand their options, explaining payslips, and recommending the most suitable solutions.
Key responsibilities include: Converting inbound and referred leads into new clients Managing a high volume of calls and follow-ups Explaining umbrella, CIS, and payroll solutions clearly Driving cross-sales across additional financial services Building strong relationships with contractors and recruitment agencies Delivering an exceptional onboarding experience Success in this role comes from combining sales ability with excellent customer service. xwzovoh
What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with ambitious, commercially minded individuals who: Have previous sales, telesales, recruitment, or customer-facing experience Thrive in a target-driven environment Are highly motivated by commission and career progression Communicate confidently and professionally Enjoy building relationships and closing deals Have strong numeracy skills Bring energy, resilience, and a positive attitude Experience in payroll, umbrella, contractor services, or financial services would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
