Salary: £65,000 + £5,000 bonus
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Registered Childrens Home Manager
to open and run a brand new childrens home in Ilford. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the management of the home, ensuring compliance with
Ofsted regulations , delivering outstanding care, and leading a dedicated staff team. They will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a high-quality residential service where children feel safe, valued, and supported to achieve positive outcomes.

(or working towards) Minimum
two years experience
in a childrens residential setting, with at least one year in a management or senior role Strong understanding of
Childrens Home Regulations and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a
resilient and motivated staff team Strong knowledge of
