About the role
Pret A Manger is seeking a Loyalty & CRM Director to drive growth across its digital customer channels, including loyalty, subscription and CRM. You will lead channel trading, set growth plans and collaborate with Marketing, Tech, Data, Finance and Operations to translate insights into measurable outcomes at scale.
You will oversee a team, prioritise initiatives, and partner with international markets to maximise active users and transactions while maintaining Pret’s brand standards.
