Hardware Counter Supervisor Location: Tottenham, N15 Salary: Negotiable Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4:30pm, alternative Saturdays 7:00am to 4:00pm About The Role: Join the team of a well-established, family-owned builders’ merchant. We're looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Hardware Counter Supervisor to provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth running of our busy trade counter. Requirements: * Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service * A ‘can do’ attitude * Strong knowledge of hardware products and building materials * Good communication skills with a confident, customer-first approach * A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment * Ability to manage tasks efficiently and remain motivated under pressure
