We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy and supportive property team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while contributing to a firm that values quality service and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title Prepare and review legal documents including missives, dispositions and standard securities Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents Ensure compliance with Scottish property law and regulations Maintain accurate records using case management systems Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in Scotland Strong knowledge of Scottish conveyancing procedures Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication and client-facing skills High level of attention to detail Desirable Skills Relevant legal qualification (e.g.
