Yard Operative

iRecruit4 are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy and established team based in Cricklade.

This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who is reliable, hardworking and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. The position offers consistent Monday-to-Friday hours and long-term ongoing work.

• £12.71 per hour
• MondayThursday: 9:00am5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am4:00pm
• Monday to Friday no weekends
• Long-term, ongoing opportunity

• Loading and unloading containers
• Carrying out general yard duties
• Assembly work
• Moving and handling materials
• Keeping the yard clean, tidy and organised
• Carrying out general manual and physical tasks
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to the location
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Previous yard, warehouse or manual handling experience is advantageous but not essential
