Bid, Fundraising & Insights Manager

Are you an experienced fundraising and development professional with strong writing, analytical and organisational skills? Do you enjoy bringing information together, managing funding applications and demonstrating the impact of an organisation's work?

We are looking for a Bid, Fundraising & Insights Manager to play a key role in supporting the fundraising, grant management, evaluation and impact reporting activities of an established cultural organisation.

Working closely with the Head of Development & Insight, you will take ownership of day-to-day processes, ensuring funding applications and reports are delivered to a high standard, deadlines are met and accurate information is available to demonstrate the organisation's achievements and support future development.

The Role

This is a varied position combining fundraising, grant administration, data analysis and impact reporting. Key responsibilities will include:

• Researching funding opportunities, managing the fundraising pipeline and preparing high-quality funding applications.
• Managing grant awards, monitoring funding conditions and ensuring reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
• Coordinating Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) monitoring and reporting, including Grantium submissions.
