Programme Manager – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) - Contract - London (Hybrid) Location: Waterside – Hybrid (3 days onsite) Contract: Initial 3–6 month contract with potential extension Start Date: ASAP Rate: Competitive market rates We are looking for an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead a global Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementation programme. This role will focus on delivering a new strategic identity solution across a large and complex organisation, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure successful implementation. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of a global IGA programme Manage third-party delivery partners and internal teams Drive Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) process design Oversee integrations across HR systems, Active Directory/Entra and security platforms Support application onboarding and access governance activities Manage programme plans, risks and stakeholder reporting Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout delivery Desired Skills Experience delivering IGA solutions such as: One Identity SailPoint Saviynt Strong Project or Programme Management experience Experience managing large-scale technology programmes Strong stakeholder management skills Understanding of identity and access management principles Prince2, PMP, MSP or equivalent qualifications preferred Desirable Experience with One Identity Identity Manager Retail or Financial Services experience Knowledge of cloud identity platforms and security environments Package Competitive market rates Initial 3–6 month contract Potential contract extension Hybrid working (3 days onsite) Opportunity to join a major identity transformation programme
