Site Manager

Bellway Homes | Traditional Build | 6 Weeks + Potential Further Work We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join Bellway Homes on a temporary basis for an immediate start in Derby. This is a 6-week assignment initially, with the possibility of further work thereafter, supporting the site team in getting plots over the line for CML and ensuring a smooth finish to the development. The Role * Managing day-to-day site operations on a traditional build housing development * Driving programme and quality to ensure plots are ready for CML * Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site * Maintaining high health & safety standards * Supporting with snagging, completions and customer handovers * Reporting into the Project Manager/Contracts Manager Requirements * Proven experience working as a Site Manager for a residential developer * Strong traditional build housing experience * Experience delivering plots through to CML/completions stage * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates required * Strong organisational and communication skills The Opportunity * Immediate start available * Competitive day rate * Opportunity for additional work beyond the initial contract * Working with a leading national housebuilder For more information or to apply, please get in touch directly
