What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Working with small groups and individual pupils to boost learning and confidence
* Providing targeted interventions to support pupil progress
* Assisting with classroom preparation and learning activities
* Promoting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment
* Supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Previous experience within a primary school setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
Desirable:
* Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs
* Knowledge of phonics and intervention programmes
* Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
