Our client is reimagining the UK’s out-of-home delivery ecosystem connecting lockers, shops, and collection points into a seamless national network. At the centre of this transformation sits Service Design, shaping how millions of people send, collect, and experience deliveries every day.

We’re looking for a Service Design Manager who thrives on complexity someone who can lead, coach, and inspire a talented design team while aligning service experiences with business strategy, operational realities, and customer needs.

✨ In this role, you’ll be:

Leading and developing and growing a multidisciplinary service design team to deliver impactful, scalable experiences. The aim is to grow this team to 8 over time, its currently 3 designers.

️ Defining service blueprints that bridge customer journeys with operational excellence

Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to create end-to-end consistency

Translating insight into strategy shaping decisions at the highest level

Championing human-centred design while ensuring services perform at national scale
