Location:Tadley, Hampshire
Salary:£13.20 per hour (£25,740 per annum) plus benefits
Hours:37.5 hours per week, permanent
Driving Licence:Manual UK licence preferred (due to local bus schedules)

What Youll Need

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Previous experience in a care/support setting
• A valid manual UK driving licence
• The legal right to live and work in the UK

• Supporting daily routines from morning support to bedtime
• Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
• Contributing to tailored support plans
• Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
• Keeping accurate support notes every detail matters
