Sales Support Coordinator

Sales Support Coordinator Location: Head Office, Deeside Department: Customer Services Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am – 5:30pm Our client is a leading B2B wholesale distributor of blank apparel for customisation, supplying 4,000+ styles across 120+ brands to printers, decorators and retailers across the UK & Europe. What you’ll do: * Own order processing and day‑to‑day account support (including sensitive accounts) * Handle inbound calls/emails and resolve queries quickly * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery * Keep meticulous records and meet KPIs (accuracy & call retention) * Act as a key contact for Internal and Field Sales What you’ll bring: * Confident phone manner; clear written/verbal communication * Calm, organised and customer‑first under pressure * Team player; Excel/Word savvy and quick to learn new systems * Discreet with data and strong multitasking skills Ths is an onsite role, please do not apply if you need remote or hybrid working
