- Orthopaedics / Medical Devices Covering: Northern Ireland / Northeast Opportunity to join a growing medical device company with a strong hospital presence and established customer base.
This role offers a mix of account management and new business development across a defined territory, working closely with clinical stakeholders and supporting procedures in theatre.
What you will be doing: Develop and grow sales across hospital accounts within the territory Build relationships with Consultants, Nurses, NCHDs and Procurement teams Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and new accounts Provide clinical support in theatre to support procedures and outcomes Deliver product training and technical guidance to clinicians Manage territory planning, forecasting and pipeline development Monitor market trends and competitor activity Attend relevant industry meetings and conferences What we are looking for: Minimum 2 years' experience in medical device sales Experience selling into hospital or theatre environments Clinical background (nursing or science) is an advantage Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with the ability to manage a territory independently Target-driven with a proactive approach Full driving licence Package to include: competitive basic salary, bonus, pension, lunch allowance, company car and more!
