- £45,000 Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package The role of the SHEQ Manager Window & Door Manufacturing will involve: SHEQ Manager position responsible for implementing the highest health, safety, environmental and quality for two manufacturing sites Lead and maintain QHSE management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards, ensuring ongoing compliance and audit readiness.

Ensure products consistently meet required specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.

Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices.

Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring non-conformances are addressed with robust corrective actions.

Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities (including energy and sustainability), and report outcomes to senior management.
