Senior Employee Relations Advisor – UK & Ireland

Cytiva is seeking a Labour and Employee Relations Advisor to provide a high-quality employee relations service across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will manage complex casework, ensure legal compliance, and support policy development.

This role, based onsite, involves collaboration with managers to foster a fair and inclusive workplace. Ideal candidates should have a strong knowledge of UK employment law, investigative and communication skills, and at least 3 years of HR advisory experience.
