The restaurant offers elegant interiors and a unique dining experience serving exceptional seafood dishes coupled with an impeccable service.

The London operation is their lates opening with sister restaurants in Milan, Paris, St. Moritz, Porto Cervo and St Barth.

The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie:

•The Pastry Chef de Partie must have previous experience in a similar role, and he/she will be working with only the freshest ingredients and be part of a team of 3 Pastry Chefs

•The Pastry Ched de Partie should be a team player, be well organised, disciplined, and systems-driven

•Attention to detail and maintain quality, consistency and presentation of pastry dishes
