Are you an experienced Electrical & Automation Technician ready to play a key role in maintaining and optimising cutting-edge manufacturing and packaging equipment? We’re looking for a proactive professional to ensure the reliable and compliant operation of production machinery and supporting systems in a GMP-regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain, fault find and repair electrical equipment and controls for production and packaging machinery.
• Apply Good Manufacturing & Engineering Practices to all tasks.
• Develop, follow, and update procedures, job plans, and standards.
• Implement preventative, run time, and reactive maintenance strategies.
• Supervise external contractors and equipment vendors.
• Manage plant modifications, spare parts requirements, and shutdown planning.
• Lead risk assessments, method statements, and deviation investigations.
• Support production, technical, and quality teams as needed.
• Operate and maintain PLC/PC systems, perform back-ups, and ensure software version control.
• Modify PLC programs, ladder logic, and configurable device parameters.
