Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for food, hospitality and building successful relationships? Change Hospitality is looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Permanent Chef Recruitment, connecting exceptional culinary talent with some of London's best restaurants, hotels and hospitality businesses.

The Role

You'll take ownership of your own permanent chef desk, developing client relationships, sourcing outstanding culinary talent and managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and build lasting relationships with restaurants, hotels and hospitality groups.
• Source, attract and headhunt talented chefs across all levels, from CDPs and Sous Chefs through to Head Chefs and Executive Chefs.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from taking client briefs to negotiating offers and securing placements.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates within the London hospitality market.
• Identify new opportunities, grow your desk and consistently deliver against targets.

About You

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within hospitality or chef recruitment.
