You’ll provide front line support Service Desk and remote support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Alongside this, you’ll assist with basic maintenance and low-complexity system builds and installations across the full Sota Solutions portfolio. As you progress through the learning programme, you’ll build confidence and skills that prepare you to step up to Level 3 responsibilities. You’ll be working to the same high standards as our Service Desk Analysts and Senior Analysts, with ongoing support to help you achieve your goals and deliver outstanding service. Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Team player committed to quality and continuous improvement.
