Coffee Field Service Engineer

Job Title: Coffee Engineer Location: Field-based – Birmingham to Bristol (UK) Salary: £36,000 per annum About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Coffee Engineer to service, diagnose, and repair domestic coffee machines across a wide regional patch from Birmingham to Bristol. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring customers enjoy reliable, high-quality coffee experiences in their homes. This is a field-based role requiring strong technical ability, independence, and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service domestic coffee machines (bean-to-cup, espresso, capsule systems, etc.) Carry out preventative maintenance and routine servicing in customer homes Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults Manage your own daily schedule and travel efficiently across the region Maintain accurate service records and job reports Provide clear customer guidance on machine use and care Ensure high first-time fix rates and professional service standards Requirements Experience in appliance repair, ideally coffee machines or small domestic appliances Strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding skills Ability to work independently in a field-based role Full UK driving licence (essential) Good communication and customer service skills Organised, reliable, and solution-focused What We Offer £36,000 annual salary Company vehicle Tools and equipment provided Ongoing training and product development support Stable workload across a well-defined region Opportunity to specialise in premium coffee equipment Coverage Area You will be covering customer sites across a wide corridor including Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford, Swindon, and Bristol, with efficient route planning expected.
