Project Director

A leading London developer is seeking a Project Director to take full ownership of a flagship 40-storey mixed-use development in Canary Wharf. This landmark project will set new standards for high-end residential and commercial delivery in the capital — combining cutting-edge design, high end units, and complex technical challenges.

The Role

As Project Director, you will lead the project from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with internal development, design, and commercial teams as well as external consultants and main contractors. You’ll ensure that the scheme is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all of the delivery on a £300m+ high-rise development
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Drive progress against programme, budget, and design intent
• Manage risk, compliance, and reporting to board level
• Champion quality and innovation throughout construction

About You:

• Proven track record delivering high-rise, high-value developments in central London
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive large teams
• Deep understanding of MEP, façade, and structural integration within complex towers
• Experience working for a developer, major main contractor, or tier-one client-side organisation
• Commercially astute, detail-focused, and delivery-driven
