Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Developing detailed knitwear design concepts that align with brand identity and market trends.
Creating colour palettes, sketches, and technical designs for ladieswear knitwear collections.
Collaborating closely with internal and external teams to ensure designs are viable and meet quality standards.
Staying ahead of current and emerging fashion trends, translating them into commercially successful designs.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and client specifications.
Attending fittings and making adjustments to ensure design excellence from concept to final production.
Person Specifications :
Strong knitwear knowledge within ladieswear, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Proven experience working with a supplier and understanding the production process.
Good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and key clients.
A creative mindset with an aptitude for trend forecasting and applying it to design concepts. xwzovoh
Willingness to travel as required for supplier visits or trend research.
