Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is seeking a Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Eye, Suffolk.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday – 37.5hrsJob Responsibilities:Physico-Chemical (physical and chemical) properties testing, shelf-life stability testing and instrumental analysisRecording actions and observations in accordance with GLP (good laboratory practice) with data processing and interpretationPerform CIPAC test methods (Collaborative International Pesticides Analytical Council)Review work of others for overall accuracy, timeliness, completeness and soundness of technical judgement wSets up and performs a variety of assays using appropriate instrumentation with routine and non-routine methods plus performs QC checks as requiredMaintains study documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines and reviews own work for overall accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and soundness of technical judgmentAbility to prepare results and presentations based on the work performedParticipate in method development and validation projectsMotivates self and others to assure timely delivery of client expectations and influences others to see things from a client’s perspectiveAwareness of latest technologies and regulatory thinking with respect to specific scientific discipline.
