Salary: £35,000 £37,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Rota-based schedule across 7 days, including weekends
Benefits: 3% Pension Contribution

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef on behalf of a prestigious members sports establishment based in Lichfield. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-quality venue with a brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen, offering an excellent working environment for culinary professionals.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality food for members and guests, contributing to a positive dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the preparation and delivery of the members menu, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist with catering forclub matches as required.
- Work across breakfast, lunch, and early evening service depending on seasonal demand.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company procedures.
- Assist in stock control, food preparation, and general kitchen operations.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
- Previous experience working as a Sous Chef.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum requirement)
