Housing Systems Support Officer

We are recruiting on behalf of a large social housing provider for a Housing Systems Support Officer to join its Systems & IT function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Omniledger Pyramid user to play a key role in supporting housing management systems, users and data across a large organisation. Working closely with the Systems & IT Lead, you will provide day-to-day support to Pyramid users, helping to resolve system and data queries, maintain data quality, support testing and contribute to ongoing system improvements and projects. The Role: As Housing Systems Support Officer, you will act as a key operational point of contact for users of the Omniledger Pyramid Housing Management System. Your responsibilities as a Housing Systems Support Officer will include: Providing first and second-line support to Pyramid users. Investigating and resolving routine system and data queries. Supporting users with housing management processes, system navigation and best practice. Assisting with data cleansing, validation and data quality initiatives. Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes, upgrades and enhancements. Liaising with the software provider on incidents, defects and service requests.
