Job Title: Plasterer Multi-Trade Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Property Services Location: East London & Essex Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm Pay Rate: £19.50 per hour We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plasterer Multi-Trade to join a dedicated in-house disrepair team supporting a leading residential developer and housing association. This role covers East London & Essex. Responsibilities: Carrying out a wide range of plastering maintenance repairs and decorating to occupied social housing properties, including plaster boarding, bond set, rendering, finishing, and patch plastering. Confidently undertaking painting and decorating tasks and, ideally, performing other complementary trades to support plastering, painting, and decorating work. Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions and provide electronic updates on work completed or scheduled.Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual) Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be provided)Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, power tools and uniform provided as part of the employment package. 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after three years' service.
