You will benefit from high quality work, strong supervision and a supportive culture that encourages progression and professional development.The RoleYou will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain exposure to a wide variety of property matters, including:Development work for developers, operators, funders and investorsActing for public and private sector clients across housing, local government, health, higher education and financial servicesDrafting, reviewing and negotiating property documentationManaging client expectations and adhering to KPIsEnsuring matters progress efficiently and proactivelyDelivering clear, commercial advice aligned to client objectivesBuilding strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersAbout YouThis role is suited to an NQ Solicitor with:Previous experience in a property related practice area during trainingStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailConfidence working directly with clientsStrong communication skills and a professional approachAbility to build strong interpersonal relationshipsAptitude for drafting and legal analysisA collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues at all levelsA practical, commercial and proactive approach to problem solvingCareer Development & CultureYou will join a team known for being approachable, supportive and people focused.
