What You'll Be Doing As a Care & Support Worker, you'll support adults in supported living services to live independently, confidently and safely. Your role may include: Providing compassionate support to clients with mental health & wellbeing needs empowering them to fulfilling and independent lives Supporting our clients with daily living skills and household tasks Promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing Supporting our clients to access education, employment and community activities Assisting with appointments and social outings Encouraging positive mental and physical health Maintaining accurate records and care documentation Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support Every day is an opportunity to help someone achieve their goals and live life to the fullest.
