Account Manager Global Solutions Location: Belfast Salary: TBC Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Workplace: Office-based The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experiencedAccount Manager to join a specialist Global Solutions team within a leading international insurance brokerage. The successful candidate will support the placement and servicing of corporate and commercial insurance programmes, working closely with clients, insurer partners, internal stakeholders and international broker networks. This role offers exposure to complex multinational insurance programmes, portfolio reviews and acquisition-related due diligence projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the placement of a broad range of commercial risks within the insurance market Provide clear and timely advice to clients regarding insurance programmes and risk requirements Liaise with insurer partners to negotiate and secure appropriate coverage solutions Manage day-to-day account servicing, including renewals, mid-term adjustments and client queries Coordinate outbound multinational insurance programmes across multiple territories Work closely with international broker partners to support global client requirements Support portfolio reviews and due diligence exercises relating to acquisition activity Identify potential risks, liabilities and opportunities within insurance portfolios Maintain accurate client files, records and documentation Ensure all activity complies with regulatory requirements and internal procedures Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders Deliver a consistently high standard of client service Essential Criteria Minimum5 years experience within commercial, corporate or multinational insurance account management Previous account handling experience within a corporate insurance environment Experience managing multinational insurance programmes Experience liaising with international broker networks Strong technical understanding of commercial insurance products and risks Ability to confidently apply technical knowledge in client-facing situations Excellent communication and relationship-management skills Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Desirable Criteria Experience undertaking portfolio reviews or insurance due diligence Previous exposure to acquisition-related insurance assessments CII qualified or currently working towards a relevant CII qualification Whats on Offer Opportunity to join a highly regarded international insurance business Exposure to multinational programmes and complex commercial risks Professional development and career progression opportunities Collaborative and supportive working environment TLNT1_NI
