Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, and policy adjustments accurately and efficiently. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for insurance requirements. Handle client queries promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and support.  Identify opportunities to support business growth through referrals, cross-selling, and enhanced client engagement. Requirements As Insurance Account Manager, you will also be expected to: Deliver exceptional levels of client service. Demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to work. Maintain strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products. Manage workloads efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
