At This Is Prime , you'll manage warm, retained and exclusive client accounts , recruiting for some of the UK's and world's most exciting businesses across Technology, FinTech, AI and Pharmaceuticals .
You'll work with innovative start-ups and global organisations, helping them hire ambitious graduates as they begin their careers. It's a rewarding role where you'll build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates while managing live recruitment projects from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruiting graduates into Technology, FinTech, AI and Pharmaceutical businesses
Managing retained and exclusive client accounts
Building relationships with graduates and hiring managers
Interviewing candidates and managing recruitment processes
Attending client meetings, networking events and training sessions
