About the Role:
Manpower are delighted to be representing a highly regarded Institution in Leeds. As a Data Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Portfolio Monitoring function, providing essential administrative support and maintaining databases in accordance with established processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support coordinating activities and projects aligned with organisational policies.
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive service improvements and enhance systems and processes.
Serve as a point of contact for queries and information requests, responding professionally and efficiently while knowing when to escalate complex issues.
Maintain and update databases and IT systems to ensure the integrity and quality portfolio studies.
Participate in improvement initiatives, offering recommendations for process enhancements and assisting in the implementation of changes.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
Ability to support organisational change and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of handling inquiries independently.
Strong organisational skills with a flexible approach to planning, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in computer applications, particularly word processing and spreadsheet software, with a willingness to learn new systems.
Role-Specific Requirements:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to various working styles and display problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
This position may require occasional national travel.
