Belfast: Lead Mechanical Contracts Manager – Car/Allowance

VanRath is recruiting a Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead mechanical contracts from pre-construction through to completion for a leading M&E contractor in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets, procurement and client relationships.

You will drive delivery, oversee safety and regulatory compliance, and promote innovation using digital tools such as Procore, BIM and MS Project. A relevant degree is preferred.
