Customer Service Representative Location: Prescot Salary: £25,789 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Excellent company benefits About the Role We are working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Prescot who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time, office-based role offering stable working hours and a competitive salary. The role is a mix of customer interaction via phone and email, supporting customers throughout the entire order lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Handling customer queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner Processing customer orders accurately on internal systems Managing order-related queries, including amendments, deliveries and lead times Providing after-sales support and resolving any issues or concerns Liaising with internal departments such as production, logistics and sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and order recordsAbout You Experience gained within a call centre, retail, hospitality, or customer service environment Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with order management systems and standard office software (full training provided) Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-driven approachWhat's on Offer Salary of £25,789 per annum 28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with length of service Employer‑funded health cash plan Employee "Above and Beyond" recognition awards Free on‑site parking Bupa employee wellbeing support Excellent progression opportunities within the businessIf you're coming from a call centre, retail or hospitality background and are looking to move into an office-based role with excellent work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
