Job Title: Teacher - Maths (Variable Hours) Salary: Commencing at 16.54 per hour with progression to 18.62Closing Date: About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Keighley College as a Teacher of Maths.

You will deliver both functional skills and GCSE maths in the college, with the possibility of also teaching in the community. You will also work closely with the maths team to carry out internal verification to ensure quality.

Please note, this is a variable hours contract. You will generally be expected to work up to 2 evenings a week during term time.

What You Will Do

• Plan, prepare, deliver and assess maths sessions in college and in community settings (if needed).
• Support the team with initial assessments, diagnostics and progressions.

About You

• Experience delivering functional skills and GCSE maths.
• A valid L5 teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching adults an advantage.
• Works well in a team.
• Flexible and able to use your own initiative.
